TS Mortgage Specialists Ltd are the sister company of DMB Wealth Management Ltd. We are a new Mortgage advice business with a wealth of experience working in the financial services industry. We decided we wanted a separate company that independently focused on Mortgage owners whilst providing a high level of customer service.
We felt that the mortgage industry is such a fast paced market that we wanted a team to provide a bespoke service where we can meet our client’s needs whilst fulfilling the mortgage process from start to finish. This will include all of the mortgage package & any insurances such as income protection, life insurance or buildings and contents insurance.
Our team bring a wealth of experience in the mortgage and protection industry so you can rest assured you're in good hands with us.

I’ve been in the financial services industry for 25 years and providing advice to my clients for 19 years. My first advised role was as a mortgage adviser and it was a role I particularly enjoyed as I was giving people the opportunity and means to buy their homes.
Now in my role as Director of TS Mortgages I am able to pass people over to our qualified staff and advisers that are able to continue helping people buy their dream homes whilst providing a service that is second to non.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family as much as possible. I also destress by continuing to practice martials arts. I am married to Natalie and have 3 wonderful children.
Dan Johnson

I’ve been a mortgage adviser for six years now. I took the plunge to go self-employed three years ago and have never looked back. I find the industry both incredibly rewarding and (especially of late) challenging.
Whether I’m helping someone secure their first home, next home, the right property to invest in or simply making the most of the bricks and mortar they have, it’s great to be able to take the stress out of the mortgage process for people.
Outside of work, I love making the most of the beautiful coastline. Be it simply heading out for a walk, fishing or on braver days jumping in for a swim. I’m engaged to my fiancé Emma and we’re both looking forward to our summer wedding in 2024.
Natalie Barber

Natalie has 20 year’s experience of working within the customer service industry, 12 of these were whilst working in the banking industry and the remaining time within the financial services industry.
Natalie will be working alongside Daniel to help provide a smooth mortgage process whilst keeping our clients up to date with the business development through our social media outlets.
Natalie has two boys that keep her busy on her days off but she enjoys keeping active with walking, swimming or Pilates and the odd bottomless brunch!
Alice Dady

I’ve been working within the mortgage industry since I graduated from university 8 years ago. I have spent the most recent 5 years as a mortgage and protection adviser.
As administrator for TS mortgage specialists I am able to use my past knowledge and understanding of mortgages and all that comes with it, to help and support clients through the process making it as slick and pain free as possible!
In my spare time I enjoy going on walks with our Labrador, swimming and spending time with friends and family. In summer of 2023, my husband and I welcomed our baby into the world and have since been kept on our toes!
